We went Camping

We left saturday morning and went up by Island Park to go camping. We had lots of fun. We went to the Reservoir and saw all the boats that were out having fun and then we drove up to sawtelle mountain. It was kinda scary and we didn't realize how steep and scary that drive was. It was beautiful and the snow was still melting, so there was at least still 2 inches still up there. Then we went back to camp and got swimsuits and Chris took Ryan swimming. Ryan was a little weary of the water until Chris took him by the hand and walked out with him. I think he liked throwing the rocks and sticks in the water more. Then it was back to the campsite for dinner, Chris got ready to go fishing. Ryan and I went with Chris and while Chris was fishing I took Ryan to Big Springs to see the fishes and ducks. Ryan loved this and didn't want to go. We then took Chris somewhere else to fish by Mack's inn so Ryan and I went to the Ice cream Parlor and had some Ice cream. We then sat in the car and watched a movie until Chris was done fishing. Going to bed was horrible, Ryan would not fall asleep until way late and then ended up in bed with us. We woke up and decided to get going home since we were all tired. We had lots of fun and hope to go camping again a couple more times this summer.

Grandpa and Grandma Rice Visit

We had Chris' parents come visit us for a couple of days. Ryan loves it when they come and play with him. On Sunday we decided to get out of the house and go to a park by our house. Ryan loves to play at the park. We had lots of fun playing on the slides and rock wall that they had.

We love the warm weather!

So the weather has finally decided to be summer. We are so excited about the weather. At the locals parks, the school has started doing lunches for kids from 1-18 for free. So the lady that we used to live downstairs from called and invited us to go to the park and have lunch with her. We had so much fun. They also have a water park there so we swam, ate lunch and even had a ride on the Carousel. Ryan loved being outside, in the water and riding on the horses. Then the boys we were playing with taught Ryan how to roll down the hill. He thought he was pretty cool. That was a fun and tiring day.

Last Monday, the little twin girls that lives by us was having a birthday party and invited Ryan. They had a little swimming pool out in the back of our complex and they went swimming. Ryan had so much fun. He was running and jumping into the pool. The little girls are so cute and Ryan loves to play with them.

Fun with Daddy

The other day Chris came home from school and hung out with us before he had to go to work. We had been fixing the holes in our air beds, so they were in our living room. Chris decided that we should make a fort, so for the next two hours we played forts and played on the air beds. Ryan had the funnest time with daddy. He doesn't get lots of time with daddy being at school, work and doing homework. So we had a fun day.

One Great Weekend

This past weekend we had a very exciting time. My nephew got married, my niece was blessed, my parents got to come and be with us and all my brothers and sisters were together once again.
Tyler got married to Kaliegh on Friday which was really weird, because that means I am not the newlywed anymore and that I am getting older.

While we were waiting to go to the lucheon, we went into the visitor Center by the temple. They have a Christus Statue there and Ryan and his Cousins Carter and Landon went right up and was watching him and so I took some pictures of them together. They were so cute!

Then off to the blessing on Sat. When we got to Utah, we found out my sister was coming into town earlier. They are moving from Florida to Utah, so we went over and help unpack some of their stuff. That was tiring, but we had fun seeing everyone.
So on to Sunday we all got together for the blessing of my new niece Afton Claire. After the blessing we had a family photo of all of us. That is the first time in years that we have all gotten together. We had so much fun and Ryan loved playing with his cousins, he was so sad to go. It was so nice to be with everyone and be able to see my parents.
